Complete Pet Care & Veterinary Services in Vancouver, WA

We provide a variety of services for pets. We love pets and we’d love to meet yours!
Our goal is to always leave your pet healthier than we found them.

In-House Services:

Parasite Control
Parasites, and the diseases they carry, can all be prevented with proper medication and maintenance. Fleas and ticks are not only a source of irritation to your pet, but they can also harbor disease and adversely affect your pet’s health. Heartworm is a dangerous parasite that lives in the heart of dogs and cats, damages the heart muscle, and can be fatal.
Dermatology
Itching and scratching can become painful for our pets, so our team is here to help you get to the bottom of any dermatologic issues. Allergies are a chronic disease that can affect many pets and indirectly their owners. There are many treatment options that our team will recommend based on each individual case.
Ultrasound
Ultrasonography is a completely non-invasive, painless way to diagnose and evaluate many common diseases. Ultrasonography is a type of diagnostic technique that uses ultrasound waves to produce an imaging study. This means that when we perform ultrasonography, we can see internal images of the patient’s body. Ultrasounds also allow us to look at the architecture of internal organs and examine location, size, shape, texture and blood supply.
Spay and Neuter

We believe in the importance of neutering or spaying cats and dogs of any age. Ideally done early in life, this safe surgery can provide them with a long and healthy life.

Spaying your female cat or dog will reduce problems such as pyometra (deadly infection of the uterus); breast tumors (benign or cancerous); the pet overpopulation and massive euthanasia of unwanted strays.

Neutering your male cat or dog will reduce problems such as testicular cancer, some diseases of the prostate, unwanted behaviors such as dominance aggression, marking territory and wandering.

Spayed and neutered pets live a healthier and longer life!

Preventative Care
Your pet’s health is important and preventive care is necessary. We recommend wellness exams, keeping your pets on a vaccination schedule, and working with us on all facets of wellness care. It’s no secret that preventive care is much better than treating illness and disease.
Microchipping
The chance of being reunited with a lost pet increases greatly if they’re microchipped. Microchipping can offer reassurance that, if lost, animal shelters and veterinarians can identify your pet. A tiny microchip is placed under the skin between your pet’s shoulder blades. The microchip has an identification number on it, which can be read by a scanner. A veterinarian’s office or animal shelter can scan the chip to find out who owns the animal.
Diagnostics
It is difficult to see your pet in pain or suffering and not know what’s wrong. Our team provides state of the art in house diagnostics to help us learn what’s wrong and provide an accurate diagnosis. A quicker diagnosis leads to quicker treatment! We do diagnostic testing both in-house and with an outside lab so we can provide results quickly and accurately.

We also perform in-house urine analysis for quick and accurate results.

Radiology
With digital x-rays, we can now manipulate the digital images that we take. This allows us to diagnose issues that may not be seen on a traditional x-ray. Because the x-rays are digital, we can also easily share the images with specialists or other veterinarians we may consult for more difficult cases.
Orthopedic and Soft Tissue Surgery
Our team is highly skilled and experienced in performing a wide variety of pet surgeries using modern techniques, cutting edge equipment and always adhering to the strictest standards of safety and care. You can feel confident that when it comes to surgery, your loved one will be in excellent hands with our team!
Dentistry
According to the American Veterinary Dental Society, 70% of adult cats and 80% of adult dogs show symptoms of oral disease? Don’t let your pets become part of this statistic!

Just as it’s important for you to see a dentist regularly, it’s important for dogs and cats as well. Your pet’s oral health is directly connected to their overall health. Signs of dental disease include bad breath, loose, broken or missing teeth, yellow or brown teeth, red, inflamed or bleeding gums, difficulty or pain when chewing, pawing at the mouth, and excessive drooling. If you notice any of these symptoms, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

Pain Management
No pet should have to live in pain. Though sometimes difficult to tell when they’re in pain, our team is here to help. Using our state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, we can determine the source of your pet’s pain. We will put together a recommended plan to manage and treat their pain and ensure they’re comfortable.

Reference Laboratory and Consultation Services

We send out clinical samples to reference labs to ensure quality control and review by board-certified radiologists. This includes blood chemistry, complete blood counts, urinalysis and culture, hormonal assays, vaccine titers, cytology, and histopathology.
